ABOUT KEEGAN DUFTY

A budding writer, Keegan was first introduced to editing in 2016, while interning with a documentarian in New York City. He spent most of those hours organizing Tupperwares’ worth of ancient hard drives, and workshopping his own material with the in-house editors during lunch breaks. It didn’t take long to appreciate the storytelling, craft and collaboration that went into cutting together a film, and Keegan’s focus shifted.

In 2022, Keegan began pursuing his MS at DePaul’s School of Cinematic Arts, with a concentration in Editing. He has since served as editor, co-editor, and post supervisor for a wide variety of projects ranging from short films to animated pieces.
